Drain Cleaning

There is a difference between a clog and a problem, and most companies do not bother to tell you which one you have. A kitchen line that backs up every few months is not bad luck. It is grease buildup narrowing the pipe, and snaking it just punches a hole through the middle.

We camera the line when the pattern says we should. That takes the guesswork out: you see the same picture we do, and you find out whether you have a grease ring, a bellied pipe holding water, or roots at a joint. Three completely different problems that all present as a slow drain.

For grease and soap we hydro-jet, which scours the pipe wall back to full diameter instead of boring through the blockage. For roots we cut and then talk to you honestly about whether the line needs relining, because a root that found its way in once will find its way back.

What we will not do is sell you a monthly maintenance plan for a drain that clogged once because somebody put rice down it.
