We keep this deliberately narrow. We collect:

• What you type into our forms. Our quote form and chat widget ask for your name, a phone number or email address, the service you need, and a short description of the problem. Nothing else is required.
• What you tell us directly. Details you share by phone, email, or text when arranging or receiving service — including the service address and notes about the work.
• Basic technical data. Standard web-server information such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

We use what you send us to:

• contact you back about your request — this is the primary and usual purpose;
• prepare an estimate, schedule a visit, and perform the work you asked for;
• keep records of work performed, warranties, and follow-up service;
• respond to questions, complaints, and warranty claims;
• meet legal, tax, insurance, and licensing obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example the notification service that delivers your form submission to our phones, and our email and phone providers — and only so they can perform that function for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

When you submit the quote form or the chat widget, your message is delivered to us through a third-party push-notification service so we are alerted immediately. That message contains what you typed — typically your name, contact details, and the description of your issue. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the message field.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party ad networks. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files. Your browser may store ordinary technical data required for the site to function. If we later add analytics, we will update this page.

We keep quote requests and service records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and satisfy legal, tax, and insurance requirements — then we dispose of them. If you asked for a quote and never became a customer, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you — reply STOP to a text, or just tell us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We honor those requests regardless of whether the law strictly requires it.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit what we collect, which limits what is at risk.

This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
